This is a electric coffee/tea urn, we do have separate 30 Cup urns for water, coffee, tea, and chai. Please specify if you need a coffee or tea Urn.

 If you intended to use the tea urn and end up using coffee in it, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

$50.00 Cleaning fee will be applied if used for Hot Chocolate!
